On a day-to-day basis, agents can expect to participate in the following activities:

• Review, analyze, and respond to customer billing inquiries
• Resolve customer issues or questions
• Processing payment deferrals and installment plans
• Quickly identify customer needs in the first few minutes of the call to offer the appropriate plan
• Accurately enroll the customer in the correct plan
• Strive to resolve the customer issues on the first call
• Always strive to ensure that overall customer satisfaction remains high, while resolving issues
• Understand ‘client call flow’ and regulations

• Must be u U.S Citizen
• Must be able to pass a background Check
• Starting Pay $12-$15/hr

On a day-to-day basis, agents can expect to Assist members with the following activities:

• Transportation to and from appointments  
• Ensure those waiting for a ride receive transportation 
• In resolving issues with previous appointments 
• With a transportation recovery where a scheduled trip has failed 
• With benefits eligibility

On a daily basis agents can expect to:

• Respond to customer inquiries in the areas of fraud prevention, detection, and resolution. This may include emergency card replacement, emergency cash replacement, blocking lost or stolen cards, telephone-based activation, and the opportunity to offer value-added services to cardholders.
• Provide cross-referral services with fraud management, outbound notifications detailing card stoppages, and evaluating transactions and spending history to assess the likelihood of fraud.
